According to the customer’s drawing, the lining F4 equipment with DN6000mm or less can be produced despite of vertical or horizontal. The branch pipe can be opened at any part of the equipment, whose most perfect length is 100mm.

The F4 materials of all the equipment of our make all choose M12 of Japanese make. The max. width of F4 material is 1500mm, therefore, the cylinder length of each section is generally 1300mm.

The linings of upper and lower covers and the cylinder should be separated. Usually the flat cover flat bottom is applied. As to plate type and taper type structure, the height of plate type is 1/10 of the diameter. The standard seal head or other types can also be made.

The board is steel framed covered with F4. The distance between bars of board should be less than 30mm. If the grain diameter of the stuff is less than 30mm, another F4 multi-hole board can be added over.

The shell of the equipment is made of steel and the inner wall should be even and smooth. The reversed angle R of flanged edge is 6-10mm and that of the branch pipe is R 3-5mm.
